1 cabbage - boil leaves in salted water and remove the center spines
1 scamorza cheese cut into 1-2 inch cubes.
If you don’t have a specialty store near you that sells scamorza, a mozzarella that is wrapped in plastic (without water) will do. This type of firm cheese isn’t even technically mozzarella — it’s scarmorza!
